Note: I offer an initial one-hour paid consult — this is a focused, one-on-one live video meeting (via a secure Google Meet) with me where you can share further details of your situation and get feedback and legal guidance, some of which might be actionable on your own or some of which might require further legal advice, research, and/or representation. The fee for a one-hour consult is $350.

Completing an intake form does not obligate you to schedule a consult. In addition, an initial consult does not require that you engage my services further, nor does it require that I offer you further services on a limited or ongoing basis. The rate for this paid consult is separate from any future representation, which may be charged through an hourly rate, contingent fee, or a combination of both, and may require a retainer (such terms will be enumerated specifically in an engagement agreement to be signed by each of us).
